Individual therapy in a patient’s home. If you find it difficult to move around or your health state does not allow you to leave home, my offer is addressed to you. Learning to exercise at home makes the subsequent therapy easier because exercises with articles of daily use at hand may be repeated anywhere and at any moment. Because this form of therapy does not require any specialist equipment, you can do the exercise even while travelling.
